Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting up your Canon G3110 printer:

1. Unboxing and Initial Setup

  • Unbox the printer and remove all protective packaging and tape.
  • Plug in the printer and press the Power button to turn it on.
  • Set your language on the display screen if prompted.

2. Filling the Ink Tanks

  • Open the ink tank cover on the front of the printer.
  • Unscrew the caps on each ink tank (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow).
  • Carefully fill each tank using the provided ink bottles:
    • Align the bottle with the tank nozzle, then gently squeeze until the tank is full.
  • Replace the caps on each tank and close the ink tank cover.

3. Loading Paper

  • Pull out the rear paper tray.
  • Load plain paper (typically A4 or Letter size) and adjust the paper guides to fit the paper snugly.
  • Make sure the output tray is extended.

4. Connecting the Printer

  • Wireless Setup:
    • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.
